Today was a lovely, shorter day with gorgeous sunshine!

The temperature was brisk - 50 degrees F - but the sun on our faces brought joy to our hearts as we walked this route of a thousand souls. ​

We enjoyed empanadas a few kilometers from Arzua and were refreshed to tackle the last hills. Two more days and we will be in Santiago. Two hard days of 10 plus miles and downpours predicted. ​​We are preparing to enjoy a variety of cheeses tonight.
