We've started our journey to Europe and connected in San Francisco with an hour connection. After walking to the international gates, we had 40 minutes to grab food. Polaris lounge was disappointing. There was a wait for seated dining so the buffet was it. Really?! So few choices and in SFO, a major hub? United needs to up its game. Definitely a first-world issue but one expects more when paying crazy money for business class.
